A map does not match your world
Please include:
- The copied seed (world menu → world options → Copy Seed, for example
2.1.1.123456). - Where you play (Windows PC, Mac, Linux, Steam Deck, mobile or console) and the game version shown on the title screen.
- What is different (a chest's items, a shrine, an ore) and roughly where: the map shows coordinates when you point at it.
Windows PC worlds differ from the other platforms in some caves and chest contents, so first check that Played on on the Seed Map is set to where you play.
Other things we would like to hear about
- Seeds worth adding to Best Seeds.
- Features you miss in the Seed Map, the World Viewer or the Editor.
- Bugs: your browser and device, and what you did before it went wrong.
