Drops
Prismatic Lacewing drops nothing in the game's drop rules.
Nocturnal hallowed butterfly of royal summoning
Prismatic Lacewings flutter across the surface Hallow between dusk at 7:30 PM and midnight in post-Plantera worlds. Slaying this rare insect immediately awakens the formidable Empress of Light boss. Careful players use a Bug Net to capture the lacewing intact, allowing them to initiate the battle in customized arenas at night.
Trivia
- Releasing and killing a Prismatic Lacewing during daylight enrages the Empress of Light.
