Truffle Worm drops nothing in the game's drop rules.
Rare glowing bait worm of subterranean mushroom fields
Truffle Worms crawl through underground Glowing Mushroom biomes, burrowing along blue fungal grass. Extremely skittish, they burrow into the earth if players approach without stealth or high movement speed. Catching one with a Bug Net provides the dedicated lure needed in the Ocean biome to summon the monstrous Duke Fishron boss.
Trivia
- Approaching a Truffle Worm with an Invisibility Potion prevents it from fleeing before you swing.
