Gathering resilient seeds along the underworld ash layer
Striking ash trees in the Underworld or smashing underworld pots can yield a Pomegranate. Consuming this underworld fruit imparts the Well Fed buff for 5 minutes, raising player defense by 2, damage by 5%, critical strike rate by 2%, and mining speed by 5%.
Subterranean nourishment and underworld pot scavenging
Pomegranates provide valuable sustenance when preparing hellbridges or battling demons deep underground. They qualify as general fruit for kitchen cooking and can also be submerged in Shimmer to create Ambrosia, which permanently increases tile placement and pickaxe swing speed.
