The Purple Phasesaber is created by enhancing a Purple Phaseblade with 25 Crystal Shard items at a Mythril Anvil or Orichalcum Anvil. Since Amethyst is frequently the most plentiful gem found underground, this version is often one of the easiest phasesabers to craft right upon reaching the Hallow. It deals 50 base melee damage and radiates a deep violet aura that illuminates dark shafts without requiring hand-held torches.
