Drops
Brain Suckler drops nothing in the game's drop rules.
Parasitic psionic clingers of the nebula pillar
Hovering through the purple haze surrounding the celestial Nebula Pillar, the Brain Suckler is a disturbing psionic predator. With 330 health and 34 defense, it drifts toward players and attempts to latch onto their heads, inflicting 70 contact damage in Classic, 140 in Expert, and 210 in Master mode.
Breaking head latches to cure obstructed blindness
If a Brain Suckler successfully connects with a player, it latches onto their skull and inflicts the Obstructed debuff, heavily darkening the screen and reducing vision to a tiny circle. While attached, it drains vitality continuously until killed. Utilizing sweeping melee weapons or area-of-effect spells shakes off clinging sucklers instantly before surrounding enemies strike.
Trivia
- The Obstructed debuff blinds the player's screen, making it difficult to spot incoming projectiles.
- Brain Sucklers can latch onto players even if they possess full knockback immunity.
