The Alien Hornet is an aggressive winged insectoid that patrols the airspace around the celestial Vortex Pillar. Featuring 500 health and 20 defense, it darts through the sky in pairs, firing stingers and diving into players for 75 contact damage in Classic, 150 in Expert, and 225 in Master mode.
Disrupting larval metamorphosis before queen ascension
Alien Hornets hatch from Alien Larvae and represent an intermediate evolutionary stage during the lunar confrontation. If left unattended for too long, a hornet can mature into a massive Alien Queen, drastically escalating combat difficulty. Prioritizing these airborne targets with homing arrows or high-velocity firearms prevents dangerous swarms from multiplying.
