Underworld chest salvage and ricocheting flame arcs

The Flower of Fire is found inside locked Shadow Chest caches in the Underworld or retrieved from an Obsidian Lock Box through lava crate fishing. For a low cost of 9 mana, it hurls arcing fireballs that bounce up to 4 times off solid terrain before dissipating. Each burning projectile delivers 48 base magic damage and reliably sets combustible monsters ablaze with the On Fire! debuff.

Enclosed cavern clearing and projectile trajectory control

Operating with a Very fast cast cadence of 16 ticks and moderate knockback of 5.5, this weapon turns enclosed cavern chambers into lethal hazard zones as bouncing flames rebound off walls and floors. Although the parabolic arc requires players to aim upward when engaging aerial foes, its high per-hit damage makes it formidable against sturdy pre-Hardmode enemies. In early Hardmode, it is superseded by the Flower of Frost. Reforging to Mythical optimizes mana efficiency, damage, and projectile speed.
