Angling in sacred waters to amplify maximum health
Lifeforce Potion is brewed at an Alchemy Table or placed Bottle with Bottled Water, Moonglow, Shiverthorn, Waterleaf, and a Prismite. Obtaining Prismite requires angling in Hallow surface or underground pools during Hardmode. Consuming the brew grants the Lifeforce buff for 8 minutes, boosting maximum health by 20%.
Surviving endgame burst attacks with extended life pools
The 20% increase scales with the character's base health pool, raising standard 400 life pools to 480 and maximum 500 health characters to 600 total hit points. This extra buffer helps prevent instant fatalities against heavy Hardmode boss attacks such as the Moon Lord phantasmal deathray or Empress of Light strikes.
