| Meteor Suit | 20 × Meteorite Bar | Iron Anvil |
Celestial metal plate tailoring and offensive sorcery plating
Constructed from 20 Meteorite Bar ingots at an anvil, the Meteor Suit delivers 6 defense and boosts magic damage by 9%. Acting as the central chestplate of the meteor set, it demands the largest meteorite investment while granting significant baseline resistance against pre-Hardmode creatures and hazardous subterranean traps during exploration. Its sturdy frame shields sorcerers from burning blocks and explosive bounces when blasting through dense cavern terrain with dynamite.
Full suit energy mechanics and Wall of Flesh preparation
Wearing this suit alongside the Meteor Helmet and Meteor Leggings brings total magic damage to a 27% increase and eliminates the mana consumption of the Space Gun. This infinite energy barrage excels during the Wall of Flesh encounter, vaporizing waves of The Hungry without requiring mana potion management or slowing movement speed across hellish ash bridges.
Trivia
- Consumes 20 meteorite bars, making it the most resource-heavy piece of the Meteor set.
- Completing the three-piece set allows continuous firing of the Space Gun at zero mana cost.
