The Valor is retrieved from locked Gold Chest containers scattered throughout the Dungeon corridors, or obtained from a Golden Lock Box fished from Dungeon water pools. As an advanced pre-Hardmode yoyo, it inflicts 28 base melee damage per spin contact. Its durable metallic build allows it to remain airborne for 14 seconds before automatically rewinding to the player's hand.

Skeletal crowd control and prefix optimization

Executing with a Fast deployment cycle of 25 ticks and moderate knockback of 3.85, this stringed weapon outclasses early-game alternatives like the Amazon and Code 1 in raw per-hit strike damage. It allows players to safely fish attacks through narrow brick doorways and grate openings to dispatch angry skeletons and dark casters without sustaining counter-damage. Like all yoyos, it cannot receive size modifiers and is therefore barred from the Legendary prefix; Godly and Demonic serve as the finest reforges for damage, critical strike probability, and launch speed.
