 Enchanted Boomerang | 1 × Wooden Boomerang, 1 × Fallen Star | By hand |
Surface chest discovery and returning projectile flight
Found inside surface Wooden Chests or retrieved from Wooden Crates, the Wooden Boomerang gives early warriors a reusable ranged attack that scales with melee bonuses. Hurled forward to deal 10 melee damage and 5 knockback, the curved wood flies a moderate distance before circling back to the thrower. Only one projectile can be airborne at a time, requiring players to catch it before throwing again.
Spacing defense and enchanted boomerang upgrade
With an 20 use time delivering Very fast throws, the weapon excels at knocking back advancing zombies and demon eyes without consuming finite ammunition. When a monster is hit, the boomerang rebounds immediately, allowing faster follow-up throws at close range. Its most valuable role is crafting: combining it with a Fallen Star by hand creates the powerful Enchanted Boomerang. Upgrading it provides increased flight distance and sparkling illumination for subterranean exploration. Godly is the premier prefix for damage, critical rate, and knockback.
Trivia
- Colliding with solid tiles causes the boomerang to immediately rebound toward the player hands.
