Lunatic Devotees are cloaked cultists who appear at the Dungeon entrance alongside Cultist Archers once Golem has been defeated. Clad in dark ceremonial robes with 400 life and 0 defense, they kneel in peaceful reverence before the floating celestial tablet. They carry no weapons and make no aggressive moves toward nearby adventurers, dealing 0 contact damage while remaining deep in prayer.

Triggering the celestial invasion through ritual disruption

Slaying all four cultists at the entrance disrupts their sacred vigil and immediately summons the Lunatic Cultist boss. If a player is not yet prepared for endgame boss encounters, they should avoid swinging wide weapons near the Dungeon steps. In Master mode, their health remains at 400 life with 0 defense, acting purely as ritual catalysts whose demise initiates the impending cosmic conflict.

Trivia

• Lunatic Devotees remain passive toward players and do not attack unless provoked or killed.
• Killing all four cultists at the Dungeon threshold summons the Lunatic Cultist and begins the Lunar Events.
