Explosive hive detonation and homing bee swarms

Acquired as a drop from the Queen Bee or hand-crafted by combining a Grenade with Bee Wax, the Beenade is a potent thrown explosive. It releases quickly at 15 use time, dealing 12 base ranged damage on impact with 1 knockback. Upon detonation, it disperses a dense cloud of friendly bees that aggressively track nearby enemies, stinging targets repeatedly before dissipating into thin air. Thrown enemies and bosses quickly get overwhelmed by the sheer volume of summoned bees.

Underworld boss strategy and consumable role

This weapon is widely celebrated for defeating the Wall of Flesh, as released bee swarms tear through the Hungry shield while continuously stinging the main eyes. The spawned bees fly through blocks and pursue moving targets without requiring precise aim, turning difficult underworld boss encounters into manageable fights along an underworld bridge. As a consumable thrown explosive, it cannot be reforged with weapon prefixes from the Goblin Tinkerer.
