Acquired as a rare 0.05% drop from surface and cavern enemies during the Halloween season. Thrown by hand, the Bloody Machete acts as a fast-flying boomerang dealing 20 melee damage and 5 knockback. The blade travels outward at high velocity, hits an enemy once, and arcs back toward the thrower without consuming any ammunition or mana. Its straight flight path makes it dependable for striking approaching nocturnal enemies.

The Bloody Machete competes directly with the Enchanted Boomerang and Ice Boomerang during early exploration. Although it lacks the light-emitting sparks of its enchanted counterparts, its reliable trajectory makes it a safe harassment tool against bats and surface slimes before entering the Dungeon. Because boomerangs cannot receive attack speed modifiers, its optimal reforges are Godly or Demonic.
