Blending Confetti at the Imbuing Station
The Flask of Party is mixed at an Imbuing Station using one Bottled Water and 5 pieces of Confetti. Confetti can be bought from the Party Girl for 1 silver each. Consuming the draught grants the Weapon Imbue: Party status for a duration of 20 minutes across all melee implements and summoner whips.
Novelty Visual Effects and Imbue Rules
Hitting enemies while the party buff is active causes colorful bursts of confetti to scatter on impact. Unlike combat-oriented flasks, this draught inflicts no negative status conditions or damage multipliers. It still occupies the player's single active weapon imbue slot, meaning drinking it replaces existing offensive coatings until refreshed or manually dismissed.
