A 1.4.5 summoner accessory dropped by Golem with a 16.67% drop chance (1 in 6). When equipped, it increases the player's maximum summon tag effects on struck targets by 1 and extends whip reach by 10%. This enhancement allows summoners to maintain safer spacing while stacking multiple distinct tag buffs across different whips onto bosses and resilient monsters. The additional tag capacity ensures previous whip debuffs do not get overwritten prematurely.

Summon tag amplification and ouroboros ring development

Normally, applying a new whip tag effect overwrites an existing one on a target. The Mobius Strip expands this limit, allowing summoners to combine tag damage bonuses from whips like Morning Star and Kaleidoscope simultaneously. This enables stacking critical damage bonuses and summon tag multipliers onto durable boss encounters. At a Tinkerer's Workshop, it combines with a Snake Band to craft the Ouroboros Ring. Reforging to Menacing maximizes summon minion damage, while Violent accelerates whip strike frequency.
