Acquiring the shinobi tunic
The Ninja Shirt is obtained as a 33.3% drop reward from King Slime. Equipping it grants 4 defense and increases critical strike chance by 3% across all weapon types. As the chestpiece of the Ninja set, it provides the highest individual defense rating among the three components, helping survive stray monster strikes in subterranean caves. This piece balances offensive scaling and light protection during early boss encounters.
Universal offensive scaling and mobility bonus
Combining this shirt with Ninja Hood and Ninja Pants activates the 20% movement speed set bonus with trailing shadow clones. Because its critical strike boost applies universally, it supports hybrid loadouts that switch between bows, swords, and magic wands. The increased foot speed proves helpful when dodging attacks across broad outdoor battle arenas. The bonus speed assists when dodging charges.
Trivia
- Equipping the full suit causes the character to emit shadowy smoke particles while running.
- The shirt sells to town merchants for 10 silver coins.
