Sky Dragon's Fury

Dual-mode halberd spinning and lightning orb deployment

Sky Dragon's Fury is a melee weapon dropped by Betsy during Tier 3 of the Old One's Army with a 25% drop rate. It features two distinct attack modes. Left-clicking spins the weapon continuously in a circular perimeter around the player, generating electrical sparks and deflecting hostile enemy projectiles. Right-clicking fires a spread of 3 lingering lightning orbs that detonate upon hitting enemies.

Defensive projectile deflection and melee loadout choice

The spinning primary attack provides unique defensive utility against projectile-heavy encounters such as the Martian Saucer and Goblin Summoner. Meanwhile, the secondary right-click attack permits safe ranged damage against advancing bosses. Pairing the weapon with Beetle Scale Mail and Fire Gauntlet increases direct impact damage and orb detonation potency. Because its special attacks do not benefit from melee speed modifiers, the best modifier is Godly.
