Laser-firing behemoths of the solar eclipse
The Eyezor is a hulking giant with an oversized eyeball head that emerges during the Hardmode Solar Eclipse event. Endowed with 1,000 life and 30 defense, it strides across terrain while delivering 50 contact damage in Classic, 100 in Expert, and 150 in Master. From its enormous eye, it fires rapid bursts of green optical lasers that pierce through player defenses.
Counters to optical lasers and eye spring drops
Because Eyezor fires continuous laser beams horizontally, building vertical arena tiers or fighting from elevated platforms allows players to shoot downward safely out of his laser firing arc. Defeating the Eyezor offers a 6.67% chance to obtain the Eye Spring, a bouncing eyeball pet, alongside vanity items like the Eyezorhead at 6.67% and the decorative Ocular Resonance painting at 6.67%.
Trivia
- His optical eye lasers fire in rapid succession, dealing substantial ranged damage across open fields.
- His high health pool makes him one of the sturdiest ground brutes of the Solar Eclipse invasion.
