Relentless flying hatchlings of the solar eclipse
Bursting forth from cracked egg clusters laid by Mothron during the Solar Eclipse, Baby Mothron swarms the battlefield. Armed with 700 health and 14 defense, this aerial menace flaps rapidly toward players, striking for 50 contact damage in Classic, 100 in Expert, and 150 in Master mode.
Destroying mothron clutches before emergence
When Mothron lands on surfaces, she deposits several eggs that will hatch into Baby Mothrons after a brief delay if not destroyed. Blasting the eggs immediately prevents multiple hatchlings from overwhelming your defenses. If they do emerge, high-knockback ranged weapons like shotguns or chain guns swat them out of the sky before they connect.
