Deadeye marksmen of subterranean tunnels
Skeleton Archers are deadly undead snipers that roam the Cavern layer throughout Hardmode. Armed with composite bows, they take aim through dark corridors, launching high-velocity flaming arrows with remarkable accuracy. They possess 210 health and 14 defense, maintaining distance from close-quarters fighters and punishing reckless movement.
Evading flaming arrows and looting magic quivers
Their flaming projectiles deal 45 damage in Classic and 90 in Expert while inflicting the burning On Fire! debuff on impact. Defeating Skeleton Archers offers the Marrow bow at a 0.5% rate, as well as the Magic Quiver at a 2.5% rate, an essential accessory that raises arrow velocity, increases arrow damage, and conserves ammunition for bow specialists.
