This accessory increases the player's maximum sentry capacity by 1, allowing an extra turret to be active simultaneously, and boosts summon damage by 10% across all minions, sentries, and whips.

Forms part of the four Old One's Army accessories alongside Huntress's Buckler, Monk's Belt, and Squire's Shield. Because these four accessories possess distinct item IDs, summoners can equip them simultaneously to stack multiple sentry slots and substantial summon damage bonuses before even confronting Hardmode bosses. It strengthens Flameburst and Ballista sentries during invasion defense and stationary arena fights. Menacing is the optimal reforge to multiply minion damage.
