Beetle chitin greaves and rapid melee velocity
The Beetle Leggings are created by combining 6 Beetle Husk pieces with Turtle Leggings at a Mythril Anvil or Orichalcum Anvil. Offering 18 defense, a 6% boost to movement and melee attack speed, and increased enemy aggro, this armor piece improves physical weapon pacing while keeping the warrior shielded against severe enemy impacts during late-game engagements and boss fights.
Aggro redirection and endgame warrior mobility
Worn with the Beetle Helmet and either torso variant, these greaves support both offensive and defensive combat strategies. The melee speed bonus accelerates blade swings and projectile creation for swords like the Terra Blade and True Excalibur. Drawing monster attention away from allies proves valuable in group fights against bosses like the Empress of Light or the Lunar Pillars, keeping fragile teammates safe.
Trivia
