Blood eel flail drops and explosive tooth projectiles
Obtained as a drop from the Blood Eel with a 12.5% chance when fishing during a Hardmode Blood Moon. The Drippler Crippler is a heavy flail that deals 55 base melee damage and 6.5 knockback at a Very slow use speed. As the spiked head travels through the air, it continuously drops explosive bloody tooth projectiles that detonate on contact with surfaces or enemies.
Flail crowd control and segmented worm shredding
The secondary tooth projectiles grant the Drippler Crippler far greater area coverage than standard early Hardmode flails like the Dao of Pow. When thrown through multi-segmented bosses such as The Destroyer, the dropping teeth trigger multiple simultaneous detonations across adjacent body segments. Holding the attack button keeps the flail head spinning to deflect incoming flying mobs. Its premier modifiers are Godly and Demonic.

- The explosive tooth projectiles released along the flail path deal the weapon full base damage upon detonation.
- Because it drops explosive teeth while flying, swinging the flail in wide arcs blankets larger ground areas in secondary damage.
