Hardening digging trousers for deep excavation
Synthesized at a Mythril Anvil or Orichalcum Anvil by merging Mining Pants with 10 Adamantite Bar or Titanium Bar ingots, these sturdy leggings provide 11 defense. They naturally grant a 10% increase to mining speed, hastening tunnel carving through dense stone strata and hardmode ores. The recipe requires an anvil forged from second-tier Hardmode metals to complete.
Rapid trenching and protection against cavern hazards
Equipping these trousers alongside Prospector Helmet and Prospector Shirt establishes the complete Mining set bonus. With 30% aggregate mining speed and 33 combined defense, miners can strip-mine chlorophyte veins or clear arena boundaries without swapping to combat gear whenever an armored skeleton approaches. The added resilience allows continuous underground excavation without frequent interruptions from lethal cavern ambushes and rolling boulders.
Trivia
- Prospector pieces can interchange with regular mining garments without breaking the set bonus.
- The 10% mining speed boost stacks with the Mining Potion and Slice of Cake buffs.
