It enhances combat effectiveness with 4% increased all-class damage and 3% increased critical strike chance, functioning as the central piece of the Titanium armor suit. Harvesting the required titanium ore takes 104 ore units excavated from the deepest cavern layers near the underworld.

Synergy with defensive shard mechanics

When combined with Titanium Leggings and any titanium helmet, this cuirass unlocks the Titanium Barrier set bonus. Attacking enemies conjures spinning protective shards that damage nearby foes on collision. This passive barrier provides reliable crowd control against the probes of The Destroyer and the minions of Skeletron Prime, giving fighters extra security during evasion maneuvers across sky platforms.
