This makes it an attractive defensive piece for frontline warriors confronting early Hardmode threats. Assembling the full suit consumes 59 bars smelted from 236 ore chunks.

Orbital shard barrier in close combat

Wearing this mask with Titanium Breastplate and Titanium Leggings triggers the Titanium Barrier set bonus upon landing hits. Striking enemies summons rotating crystalline shards that encircle the character, dealing damage to encroaching foes on contact. During skirmishes with Skeletron Prime, these orbiting fragments deter lunging mechanical limbs and punish close collisions while granting substantial physical damage mitigation to the warrior.
