Forging the titanium plated greaves
Crafted from 20 Titanium Bar ingots at a Mythril Anvil or Orichalcum Anvil, these leggings provide 11 defense. They award 3% increased damage, 3% increased critical strike chance, and 6% increased running speed across all character classes. Harvesting enough raw ore takes 80 titanium ore chunks from the underworld ceiling or deep cavern layer.
Completing the shard barrier ensemble
Assembling these greaves with the Titanium Breastplate and a titanium headgear choice activates the Titanium Barrier set bonus. Generating protective rotating shards on hit, this full armor setup offers outstanding crowd protection when dodging attacks from mechanical bosses like Skeletron Prime. The bonus movement speed assists players in maintaining safe kiting spacing across wide sky bridges during chaotic boss phases.
Trivia
- The leggings cost 20 bars, completing the 59-bar total needed for an entire titanium armor set.
- They grant 6% bonus movement speed, the highest speed buff among tier three ore greaves.
