Whip tag discharge and ancient energy bursts

Crafted at a Tinkerer's Workshop in update 1.4.5 by combining a Snapping Stone with a Wicked Armlet. It increases maximum summon tag effects by 1, amplifies whip knockback by 1, and periodically charges with glowing light. When fully charged, minion attacks on tagged targets discharge a blast of ancient energy that damages nearby enemies in a radiant burst.

Summoner burst rotations and crowd control loadouts

Introduces area-of-effect burst potential to single-target minion strikes. When combined with fast-hitting minions like Sanguine Bats or Blade Staff enchanted daggers, the energy discharge triggers consistently to clear swarms during invasions or damage multiple boss segments. It pairs effectively with Twilight Grasp to maintain tag synergy while providing periodic explosive support. Violent boosts whip speed, whereas Menacing provides reliable damage amplification across the summoner arsenal.
