Classic Roller Skates

Skeleton Merchant lunar rotation

Classic Roller Skates are sold by the Skeleton Merchant for 10 gold during the Waning Crescent and Waxing Crescent moon phases. These retro skates deliver smooth horizontal rolling across solid ground, long bridges, and dungeon corridors. While gliding forward without directional input, the skates automatically adjust forward coasting speed to match the placement rate of any active block or tile wand held in the player's hands.

Precision horizontal speed for sky bridges

This synchronized movement makes Classic Roller Skates helpful for erecting continuous skybridges, dungeon walkways, and broad arena floors without leaving accidental gaps. Riders can flap wings, roll directly onto railway lines, and trigger bottle jump items without dismounting. Additive movement speed bonuses from boots ensure that upgraded footwear further sharpens cruising speed during extensive construction projects and broad surface travel across open biomes.

Trivia

• The Skeleton Merchant stocks these skates exclusively during crescent moon phases.
• Riders retain full access to wing gliding and cloud bottle double jumps while skating.
