Subterranean track laying from the Zoologist

The Digging Molecart is sold by the Zoologist for 50 gold once the player records at least 25% of the Bestiary entries. Designed as a specialized tunneling vehicle, it requires the rider to carry minecart tracks in their inventory. When active below surface depth, it digs forward through subterranean blocks while laying a continuous track line directly underneath itself across dark caverns.

Automated three-block excavation system

The molecart carves out a clean three-block high corridor through stone, dirt, mud, and standard ores, placing fresh rails automatically as it moves along. It will not excavate blocks harder than its mining threshold, nor will it operate above ground on the surface. For players constructing cross-world transit corridors, subway tunnels, or mob farming lanes, the molecart drastically cuts the manual labor needed to excavate underground passageways.
