This item forms a crucial milestone for advanced mobility builds. At a Tinkerer's Workshop, combining it with a Tabi and a Black Belt crafts the renowned Master Ninja Gear, adding dashing and dodge chances. Alternatively, combining it with a Frog Leg produces Frog Webbing, which upgrades into Frog Gear for enhanced jump acceleration and swimming support.
