Crafted at a Mythril Anvil or Orichalcum Anvil using 1 Wooden Yoyo, 15 Crystal Shard, and 10 Soul of Light. The yoyo deals 34 base melee damage at Fast velocity with 3.3 knockback. Every third strike against an enemy activates an internal bonus, doubling hit damage and scattering five sharp crystal shards into surrounding space to damage nearby foes.
Early hardmode yoyo tiers and accessory synergy
Chik serves as an accessible early Hardmode yoyo because it relies on standard Hallow crafting components rather than rare biome enemy drops like Amarok or Hel-Fire. Its splintering crystal shards provide strong crowd control against tightly packed groups of cavern monsters.
