Blood Moon fishing drops and creature lure mechanics
Dropped by Blood Moon fishing foes like the Wandering Eye Fish and Zombie Merman with a 4% drop rate, this pole holds 25% fishing power. It doubles the odds of hooking Blood Moon enemies, shifting the spawn roll from 1-in-6 to 1-in-3 per catch. It accelerates monster farming for loot like the Chum Bucket.
Event combat farming and bait synergy
Using this rod transforms fishing into an active monster trial on elevated shoreline platforms. Combining it with Chum Buckets raises creature hook chances further, quickly summoning dread encounters for combat drops. While weaker for normal crate harvesting, it excels at event enemy farming.
