Automated potion consumption and sustained spellcasting
Crafted at a Tinkerer's Workshop by combining a subterranean Nature's Gift with any standard Mana Potion. Equipping the flower lowers mana usage by 8% and automatically drinks mana restoration potions directly from personal inventory whenever current mana reserves drop to zero. This mechanic permits uninterrupted casting of demanding magic weapons during tense encounters without requiring manual potion hotkey inputs, keeping attention focused on dodging enemy attacks. Potions are consumed from the top-left inventory slot downward, allowing sorcerers to organize lower-tier or higher-tier restoration bottles according to encounter difficulty.
Mana sickness penalties and flower upgrades
Automatic consumption triggers the Mana Sickness debuff, which temporarily reduces magic damage output by 25% up to 50% depending on debuff duration. Despite this damage penalty, maintaining an unbroken barrage of projectile spells often outweighs the brief loss in raw offensive scaling during frantic boss fights. At a workshop, it upgrades into three specialized accessories: the star-drawing Magnet Flower, the stealth-granting Arcane Flower, or the retaliatory Mana Cloak.
Trivia
- The 8% mana reduction stacks additively with magic armor set bonuses and reforged modifiers.
- Mana Sickness scales down continuously until magical damage output returns to its normal baseline.
