Dropped by Werewolf enemies during a Full Moon in Hardmode with a 1.67% drop chance. Equipping the Moon Charm transforms the player into a Werewolf between 7:30 PM and 4:30 AM. This nocturnal transformation grants +5.1% melee damage, +5.1% melee attack speed, +2% critical strike chance, +5% movement speed, +3 defense, and slight life regeneration, creating a potent nocturnal buff suite for melee warriors.

Melee progression and celestial shell synthesis

The stat distribution provides a balanced combat boost for melee warriors facing nocturnal encounters like the Mechanical Bosses. At a Tinkerer's Workshop, it combines with Neptune's Shell to create the Moon Shell, which later merges into the Celestial Shell.
