Dropped by Angry Nimbus foes on the surface during rainy weather in Hardmode with a 6.67% drop rate. The rod manifests a hovering rain cloud directly at the cursor position at a Fast pace (use time 22), consuming 30 mana. Up to 2 clouds can remain active simultaneously, continuously pouring piercing raindrops straight down to strike enemies below for 30 base magic damage.
Passive area suppression and boss arena integration
Offering hands-free passive damage throughout all of Hardmode, the summoned clouds linger for 3 minutes without requiring channeling or draining additional mana. The falling raindrops penetrate through endless targets, making the weapon effective against segmented bosses like The Destroyer or stationary enemies at invasion choke points. Players can cast their clouds and then freely switch to active weapons like the Crystal Serpent or Sky Fracture. Mythical provides top stat boosts.
