Vibrant lime oozes bouncing through dense jungle thickets
Jungle Slimes inhabit the surface Jungle and upper subterranean mud layers. Sporting a vibrant green coloration, this aggressive ooze possesses 60 life and 6 defense, dealing 18 contact damage in Classic, 36 in Expert, and 54 in Master mode. Compared to standard forest slimes, the Jungle Slime executes higher leaps that clear bamboo groves and water ponds.
Tackling elevated leaps amidst snapping jungle foliage
Because the Jungle Slime can leap high over mud slopes, explorers should maintain distance on wooden platforms to avoid getting squashed from above. Eliminating a Jungle Slime drops Gel at 100% (quantity 1–2), offering fuel for Torches during early expeditions. It also offers a rare 0.01% chance to obtain the Slime Staff summon.
Trivia
- Jungle Slimes boast increased jump height compared to forest slimes, allowing them to traverse steep mud banks.
