Spooky Wings

Pumpkin Moon lumber and autumn crafting

Crafted at a Mythril Anvil or Orichalcum Anvil using 1 Spooky Twig and 20 Soul of Flight. The Spooky Twig is dropped by Mourning Wood during the Pumpkin Moon event, with drop rates climbing up to 20% in late waves. Summoners wearing Spooky Armor frequently craft these wings to preserve their gothic autumn theme and enhance their tactical mobility during nocturnal invasions.

Extended flight duration and event positioning

Providing 180 ticks of flight time and an ascent ceiling of 182 ft at 38 mph, Spooky Wings outlast standard post-mechanical options. The extended 3-second hover and climb window lets players remain above dangerous ground flames and charging Pumpkings while directing minion attacks or firing ranged weapons across flat arena platforms. This stamina proves advantageous when preparing arenas for Duke Fishron and Empress of Light fights, allowing summoners to whip targets from safe airborne angles.

Trivia

• Spooky Wings share their top flight duration with Tattered Fairy Wings and Festive Wings.
• The Spooky Twig has higher drop probability during the later waves of the Pumpkin Moon.
