Constructed at a Tinkerer's Workshop by combining three utility gadgets: the DPS Meter, the Stopwatch, and the Metal Detector. This compact device displays real-time damage per second output during combat, tracks horizontal movement speed in miles per hour, and reveals the presence of nearby valuable minerals, chests, or life crystals across dark underground caverns, pinpointing the most valuable nearby object.
Component sources and navigation integration
Securing its components requires trading with the visiting Traveling Merchant for the combat meters, alongside hunting the rare Nymph in the cavern layer for her metal detector drop. The assembled device functions while kept in personal inventory bags without requiring an active equipment slot. The DPS calculation counts all active projectile strikes, minion hits, and trap damage dealt to nearby monsters, making it practical for benchmarking weapon reforge combinations on target dummies. It combines alongside other information clusters at a workshop to forge the PDA and subsequent Cell Phone.
